Collect the form at our school in person
Collection and Submission of Application Form (Unlimited quota)
Date: 1st August 2024 (Thursday) to 24th December 2024 (Tuesday)
Time: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
Submission method: Submit in person or by post (with all the required documents)
Application fee: HKD 40 (Please make a cheque payable to our school. We do not accept cash).The application fee is non-refundable whether the application is successful or not.
